*All of our stylists are independent and handle all of their appointments and scheduling directly. For your convenience each stylist has their own extension so they can be reached directly.
At The W Salon we go by appointment only and keep our door locked. Please message your stylist when you arrive and you will receive a message back when they are ready to begin your service.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us at The W Salon and reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. As a courtesy, our salon software allows us to send confirmation texts, calls or email reminders 48 and 24 hours in advance. If we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, a cancellation fee of 50% of your total service will be charged to you on your next visit. No shows will be charged the full-service fee at the time of your next visit. Thank you for your considerate attention to this policy.
